Leader Training |
Training ContinuumAs a district that strives to serve our Scouts with the best program possible, training our leaders is one of the most important things we can do. It is important that each unit has several leaders trained for their current volunteer position in Scouting - especially top leaders such as Committee Chairs, Cubmasters and Scoutmasters. The Training Continuum provides volunteer leaders with a seamless transition from one program to the next, with little repetition in content and much flexibility in presentation and scheduling.
