District Recognition Dinner - Using this time to recognize  that all Scout leaders have fulfilled a special need to lead a unit and recognize them for their efforts as nominated by their peers.  Select those outstanding individuals who have made a significant contribution to the District with a District Award of  Merit plaque and special knot.
